It seems there’s a running theme of controversy surrounding the release of a Beyonce album. I’m sure all of the ladies out there are in love with her new single “If I Were A Boy,” but word on the street is that she was not the original artist who recorded this song.
According to Fox News, Beyonce took the song from up-and-coming artist BC Jean. This 21-year-old had no clue her song was recorded by Beyonce until she received a phone call from a “stranger.”
